Die noch junge Historie dieser bietet uns die einmalige Chance, die aktive Gleichstellungsarbeit direkt als zentrale strategische Ausrichtung unserer Fakultät fest zu verankern.</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#181717'><br><br><span style='background:#E3E3E3'>Wozu brauchen wir die Gleichstellung? Als Ausbildungs- und Forschungsstätte in der Informatik tragen wir eine besondere gesellschaftliche Verantwortung: Kaum eine Wissenschaft ist so zukunftsformend und –weisend, wie die Informatik. Gerade deswegen ist Diversität und Teilhabe aller Perspektiven essentiell an unserer Fakultät. Die Gleichstellungsarbeit soll dabei natürlich nicht nur die quantitative und qualitative Chancengleichheit zwischen den Geschlechtern fördern, sondern alle unterrepräsentierten Gruppen stärken.</span><br><br><strong><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;background:#E3E3E3'>Wir laden ausdrücklich alle an Gleichstellungsarbeit interessierten Mitglieder der Fakultät für Informatik zur Kick-Off Versammlung von EqualCS - Equal Opportunities@Computer Science am 24. Zudem werden wir gemeinsam Vorschläge für die Gleichstellungsbeauftragten aller Statusgruppen generieren.
