<p>Dear all,<br>
<br>
On <br>
<br>
<b>Saturday 09.04. from 9:00 to 14:30 in HID,</b> <br>
<br>
there will be a training seminar with the title <b>"Professional
SCRUM training, process games, and group forming"</b> that
serves as <br>
<br>
<b>introduction and preparation for the "Software Engineering
Lab (211500-SoSe22)" next semester (first lecture: Thursday
07.04., 16:15 to 17:45, HZO 20).</b><br>
<br>
In the seminar, you will learn about the processes and team
structures (i.e., building on SCRUM) that we will use during the
lab, and thus <b>the seminar is key for the success of your
projects</b>. Attending the seminar is important to learn
details about SCRUM, learn about team dynamics, and meet with your
group.<br>
<br>
<b>Please bring some food and drinks, as no cafeteria is open
in building ID on Saturday.</b><br>
<br>
To provide a highly interactive and interesting introduction into
SCRUM, we hired two professional SCRUM trainers from Agile Experts
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://agile-experts.ch">https://agile-experts.ch</a>). The preliminary agenda is:<br>
- Scrum: Origin and background<br>
- Process games: Ubongo flow simulation, played in groups with
moderation<br>
- When to apply agile processes? Advantages and limits<br>
- The agile mindset<br>
- The Scrum Framework, events, and roles, explained in detail,
including eduScrum<br>
<b>The training will be in German.</b> Moreover, the trainers will
offer the <b>opportunity to obtain a professional SCRUM
certificate with some additional training (costs around 50€)</b>
as an additional benefit of attending the seminar. This
certificate can be a major benefit for your future careers.</p>
<p>Kind regards,</p>
