Spin-off activities included research on time related issues and strategies for the California Legislative Com-mittee to Prepare California for the 21st Century and public policy time specialist roles in a RAND Complexity Workshop for the White House Science and Technology Series and in the EU’s Foresight for Transport, ICCR.
