Dear Geoqus members,
 
in our last circular e-mails at the end of December and again at the
beginning of January we proposed to organise a technical workshop on
Abaqus users for geotechnical application in Karlsruhe in
spring/summer 2004. Since the response was very limited we decided not
to push forward such a workshop. Nevertheless we think that it is
important to tie the links between the individual members through
personal contacts.
 
A convenient possibility would be to meet during one of the
international congresses this year and especially the EGU meeting in
Nice, France from April 27th to 30th. Therefore we would like to
invite you to join us during a special 'Splinter meeting' at the EGU
conference. The agenda is open for any suggestions. Our preferred time
is Tuesday or Thursday evening.
 
PLEASE REPLY by the end of next week (Friday, March 12th)
to the Geoqus list or to Kasper Fischer <kasper.fischer at ruhr-uni-bochum.de>
and indicate whether you are interested to attend the meeting.
