[Geoqus] On Adaptive Meshing

Hello
I am using adaptive meshing due to the large deformation I have.
However, the file process is aborted due to error with the warning
mesaage;

10 elements are distorted. Either the interior angles are out of the
suggested limits or the triangular or tetrahedral quality measure is
bad. The elements have been identified in element set WarnElemDistorted.



In the Mesh Verify all the elements look fine , so i do not know what
is the problem with the adaptive meshing iam working with
