[Geoqus] water level chang modelling

Hello 
I'm modeling soil subsidence due to
ground water withdrawal with Abaqus.
There is a soil column with 10 m
depth. Ground water level during a year decrease from 9 m height to 7m.
How can I model water level change?
I have 3 surfaces,  soil surface, priory water surface and secondary
water surface, what will be the magnitude of pore pressure at these surfaces in
different steps?
would you help me, please
