session S22 "Advances in understanding earthquakes in regions of
distributed deformation: from field studies to seismic hazard
assessment" at the annual meeting of the European Seismological
Commission in Malta (2.-7. Sept. 2018, <a
href="http://www.escmalta2018.eu/page/home" class="">http://www.escmalta2018.eu/page/home</a>).

A key target of this session is to explore the achievements made
how to integrate physics in terms of stress and strain data into
the classical seismic hazard assessment and we are pleased to
announce Eric Calais and Stephane Mazzotti as invited speakers in
our session.<br>
