[SPINA] SimThyr 3.0 released

With immediate effect SimThyr is available in the final version 3.0.  
The new version covering SVN commits r25 to r38 contains some bug  
fixes and enhancements compared to the last snapshot, including  
advanced preferences handling and improved window arrangement.

  to report errors or suggest new features.
