[SPINA] SimThyr 3.0 Alpha released

With immediate effect SimThyr is available in version 3.0 Alpha for  
Mac OS X and Windows. This alpha version features most of the  
functions that are planned for the final version (excluding e.g.  
saving scenarios). The application is ready for free download at http://simthyr.sourceforge.net
