[SPINA] SPINA Thyr 3.2.1 for Intel Macs and S functions available

With immediate effect, SPINA Thyr has been updated to version 3.2.1  
for Macs with Intel processors. This new version fixes a bug that  
prevented the menu bar from being displayed on machines with Intel- 
based hardware. For PPC-based Macs and machines with Windows, Linux,  
Palm OS or Garnet OS, SPINA Thyr is continuously available in version  
3.2.0.

Additionally, in order to support application of SPINA in science and  
research, S functions for calculating the thyroid's secretory capacity  
(GT) and sum activity of peripheral deiodinases (GD) have been made  
available. These functions support vectorized calculations and are  
ready for inclusion in S scripts for R and S-Plus.
