[SPINA] SPINA Thyr 3.3.1 released

SPINA Thyr has been released in version 3.3.1.

This is a bug-fix release. It addresses a memory leak and a bug that  
prevented installation on certain Windows computers. In addition to  
structure parameters also hormone levels are now marked if they are  
outside their respective reference range. On computers with very small  
screen size (640 x 400 pixels) the windows are automatically adjusted  
to fit the smaller canvas size. Finally, SPINA Thyr 3.3.1 is the first  
code-signed version, which allows easier launching on modern versions  
of Mac OS X.
