[SPINA] berliOS mirror to be abandoned by April 2014

On January 28th, 2014 the berliOS portal announced the closure of its  
highly frequented development platform for April 30th, 2014.

Unfortunately, this also affects the German mirror of the SPINA  
project that will be unavailable as of this date. The US mirror at  
sourceforge.net continues to be available, however.
