[SPINA] SPINA Thyr 4.2.1 released

SPINA Thyr has been released in version 4.2.1.

This new version fixes several minor bugs. It is compatible with Windows (32 and 64 bits), macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon) and several Unix and Linux variants.
