[AI-announce] Wichtig: Neue Mailadresse Studienberatung / Important: New e-mail address Student Advisory Service

Liebe Studierende,

das Team der Studienfachberatung ist nun über eine gemeinsame 
eMailadresse zu erreichen:*informatik-studienberatung at rub.de*

Bitte nutzt ab sofort diese Adresse, egal ob ihr ITS, AI oder Informatik 
studiert, wenn ihr Beratungsbedarf zum Studium habt! Damit wir euer 
Anliegen richtig einordnen können, schreibt bitte bei jeder Anfrage 
(immer von eurer RUB-Mailadresse!!!), welchen Studiengang ihr studiert 
(also z.B. Bachelor Informatik).

Gerne möchte ich bei dieser Gelegenheit nochmal auf den neuen 
Moodle-Kurs "Studium AI - INFO - ITS (Fakultät für Informatik) 
<https://moodle.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/course/view.php?id=51320>" hinweisen, 
in dem zahlreiche studienrelevante Infos zu finden sind und in dem ihr 
immer zuerst nach der Antwort auf eure Frage schauen solltet. Wer 
bislang noch nicht in den Kurs eingetragen ist, sollte das zeitnah 
machen. Die Einschreibung ist ohne Passwort möglich (idealwerweise mit 
der RUB Login ID, da ihr mit einem Gastaccount nicht alle Infos sehen 
könnt).

Noch ein wichtiger Hinweis: Ab November verschicken Prüfungsamt und 
Studienberatung wichtige Infomails nicht mehr über die Announcelisten 
sondern direkt über die Ankündigungen im Moodlekurs.

The Student Advisory Service is now reachable via a common email

<mailto:informatik-studienberatung at rub.de>

Please use this address from now on, whether you are studying ITS, AI or 
Computer Science, if you need counselling regarding your studies! So 
that we can categorise your request correctly, please write with every
enquiry (always from your RUB e-mail address!!!) which degree programme 
you are studying (e.g. Bachelor of Computer Science).

I would like to take this opportunity to once again draw your attention 
the new Moodle course ‘Studium AI - INFO - ITS (Faculty of Computer 
Science) <https://moodle.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/course/view.php?id=51320>’ 
where you can find a lot of information relevant to your studies and 
where you should always look for the answer to your question first. If 
you have not yet registered for the course, you should do so as soon as 
possible. Enrolment is possible without a password (ideally with RUB 
Login ID, as you cannot see all the information with a guest account).

Another important note: From November onwards, the Examination Office 
and the Student Advisory Service will no longer send important info 
mails via the announcelists but directly via the announcements in the 
Moodle course.
