Dear colleagues,

the Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN) is an approach for a
standardized graphical respresentation of complex biological
interrelations. Today, the first specification for Process Diagrams
has been released (http://www.sbgn.org).

In my opinion, this is an important approach, as the current
babylonic chaos in graphical notation of complex systems requires
much efforts and time in order to understand the structure of the
system, before a comprehension on the level of content is possible.
May this elegant graphical language help to improve mutual
understanding.
