[Biomedical-cybernetics] 2nd SYSBIO.IT School on Computational Systems Biology and Bioinformatics - Call for Applications

The 2nd School on Computational Systems Biology and 
Bioinformaticsorganized by “SYSBIO.IT Centre of Systems Biology” will 
take place at the University of Milano-Bicocca on October 4-6, 2017.


The aim of the 2nd SYSBIO.IT School on Computational Systems Biology and 
Bioinformatics is to introduce the modeling frameworks and the 
computational tools for the investigation of gene regulation, signaling 
and metabolic networks, as well as to present Bioinformatics methods for 
the analysis of genome architecture.


The school is open to 30 motivated and selected participants. 
Undergraduate students, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and young 
researchers with different educational backgrounds (Biology, 
Biotechnology, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.) interested in 
Computational Systems Biology and Bioinformatics are encouraged to apply.

The application deadlineis September 10, 2017.

Applicants will receive notification of acceptance by September 20, 
2017. The registration deadline is September 25, 2017.


No fee is required. SYSBIO.IT will provide free access to all lectures, 
welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and lunch buffets.
