[Geoqus] orphan mesh

Hello All,
am trying to incorporate an adaptive remeshing procedure in a simple solid
model. But when I try to assign remeshing rules, and it asks for region. It
gives me an error saying, orphan mesh part cannot be selected. I created a
nodeset and then tried to select it, but it gave me the same error.

Any advise?
