[SPINA] SimThyr 3.0 Beta released

We are happy to release SimThyr 3.0 Beta. It contains all intended  
features for SimThyr 3.0, speed improvements and numerous bugfixes  
from Snapshots 20110909 to 20111103 as well as commits r9 to r21.

It is planned to advance SimThyr 3.0 Beta to SimThyr 3.0 within one  
month's time. Please use the ticket system at https://sourceforge.net/p/simthyr/tickets/ 
  for error reports or suggestions.

SimThyr is available for free download at http://
