[SPINA] SimThyr mirrored at Berlios

With immediate effect SimThyr is also available from Berlios, a large  
publicly founded open-source platform in Germany. Executables and  
documentation are now also hosted from http://simthyr.berlios.de.  
SimThyr's main repository at Sourceforge continues to be available and  
to be updated.

Ab sofort wird SimThyr auch bei Berlios, einer großen öffentlich  
geförderten Plattform für quelloffene Software in Deutschland,  
gespiegelt. Ausführbare Dateien und Handbücher sind damit auch auf http://simthyr.berlios.de 
  verfügbar. Das Hauptrepositorium bei Sourceforge steht weiterhin zur  
Verfügung und wird weiter gepflegt.
