[SPINA] SPINA mirrored at Berlios, too

Apart from SimThyr, also SPINA Thyr is now available from Berlios, a  
large publicly founded open-source platform in Germany. Executables  
and documentation are hosted from http://spina.berlios.de. As with  
SimThyr, also SPINA's main repository at Sourceforge continues to be  
available and to be updated.

Abgesehen von SimThyr wird ab sofort auch SPINA Thyr bei Berlios,  
einer großen öffentlich geförderten Plattform für quelloffene Software  
in Deutschland, gespiegelt. Ausführbare Dateien und Handbücher sind  
auf http://spina.berlios.de verfügbar. Das Hauptrepositorium bei  
Sourceforge steht weiterhin zur Verfügung und wird weiter gepflegt.
