[SPINA] SPINA Thyr 3.4.1 available

With immediate effect SPINA Thyr is available in version 3.4.1. This  
is a bug fix release that addresses known issues predominantly  
affecting Windows and Linux.

Ab sofort ist SPINA Thyr in der Version 3.4.1 verfügbar.Diese Version  
korrigiert einige kleinere Fehler, insbesondere unter Windows und Linux.
