[SPINA] SPINA Functions 5.0 released

As a kind of Christmas gift we released a major new version of the SPINA Functions for the statistical programming language S (including the environment R).

This new version implements SPINA Carb for the evaluation of insulin-glucose homeostasis (while providing the established markers of thyroid homeostasis as well) and is capable of calculating the secretory capacity of pancreatic beta cells (SPINA-GBeta) and insulin receptor gain (SPINA-GR). This version facilitates the statistical evaluation of carbohydrate metabolism with S scripts. The algorithms for the calculation are derived and explained in [1]
